Corporate Leadership Team
Robert Gasparini
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Robert Gasparini is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Drake Beam Morin, Inc. He has held this position since January 2007. Robert began serving as the Chairman of DBM’s Board in June 2006. Prior to joining DBM, Robert was President and Managing Director of Monticello Partners LLC, a management company that works in partnership with private equity firms focusing on improving the performance of portfolio companies. Prior to forming Monticello Partners in 2003, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Chubb plc, the third largest supplier of security services in the world.
At Williams Holdings plc, a FTSE 100 UK conglomerate, he drove profitable growth as Chief Executive Officer of its Global Building Products Division, and later as Chief Executive Officer of its Global Security Division by acquiring underperforming branded companies around the world, rapidly turning these around, and integrating them into mainstream operations. During his tenure, Gasparini was elected as Main Board Director for Williams Holdings plc.
Gasparini’s career also includes work as European Managing Director for Fort Howard Paper Company and various strategic and operational assignments with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he worked supporting various industries throughout Europe and North America. He began his career with Colgate Palmolive in New York, and earned his MBA from Columbia University.
J. Todd King
Chief Financial Officer
Todd is responsible for DBM's global financial operations. Todd has over 19 years of experience in finance, operations and business development. He joined DBM in January 2005 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December 2005.
Prior to joining DBM, Todd served as Chief Accounting Officer for HIT Entertainment, a children's entertainment company, in Dallas and London. Prior to that, he was Corporate Controller of TPN, a private television network and consumer products distributor. Todd began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.
Todd graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Pamela Jones
Sr. Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel
Pam Jones is the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel for DBM. She joined DBM in March 2004 as the General Counsel, and assumed the additional duties of Sr. Vice President, Human Resources in April 2006.
Before joining DBM, Pam was Senior Corporate Counsel for Universal Studios, the adventure theme park and resort in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining Universal, Pam was with Spherion Corporation, a leading North America recruitment and staffing company, for eight years. Pam held several positions with Spherion and its predecessor, Norrell Corporation, most recently Assistant General Counsel in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to starting her in-house career with Norrell in Atlanta, Pam was an associate with the management labor and employment law firm of Clark, Paul, Hoover and Mallard - now part of Ford & Harrison - in Atlanta, Georgia.
Pam graduated with a law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Science, Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Michael Cory
Sr. Vice President, Information Technology
Mike Cory is the Sr. Vice President, Information Technology for DBM. Mike has over 23 years in the Information Technology field and has served as DBM's Senior Vice President of Information Technology since 2005. He is responsible for all IT-related solutions, services and strategies worldwide. Mike joined DBM in 2003 as Director of Application Systems after having been a consultant to DBM's IT group for 2 years. During that time he helped design and implement a number of the strategic systems still in place at DBM today.
Before joining DBM, Mike was Senior Consultant at Decision Management Systems (DMS), an IBM Business Partner that implemented Business Intelligence solutions for customers around the world. Prior to DMS, Mike was a Senior Consultant for Productivity Software Resources where he implemented Decision Support and Executive Information Systems for large-scale IBM customers. Mike began his career working for IBM in both technical and marketing support roles for IBM’s Office Software and IBM’s Information Network Telecommunications Services divisions.
Mike studied Computer Science at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Karen D. O’Boyle
President, North America
Karen joined DBM in mid 2006 and became President of North America later that year. In her role, Karen shapes the direction and success of the firm based on customer requirements, client needs, market dynamics, and DBM innovation. Customers look to Karen for thought leadership on a variety of issues pertaining to career transition and talent development to ensure successful transitions and tangible improvements to business performance. Her team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to deliver business results.
Karen has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Management industry. Her experience includes SVP with Right Management Consultants, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer with Diversified Search, EVP and Co-President with Manchester, and COO of the Private Industry Council of Philadelphia.
Karen has a Master’s of Science in Management from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. She graduated from the Smith Management Program at Smith College in Northampton, MA.
Claudio Garcia
President, Latin America
Claudio Garcia is President of DBM Brazil and Latin America. He has been working at DBM since 2006, where he also took up the Board of Relationship. He was responsible for the development of activity of relationship with clients, for the geographic expansion and for the development of the consultancy department in the organization. Before working at DBM, he worked at Hedging Griffo, of financial segment, at Rede Gazeta, of media and communication segment, at Hopi Hari, the biggest thematic park in Latin America and at Brahma, currently named AMBEV.
Claudio has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a graduate degree in Business Management.
Warwick Nash
President, Northern Europe
Warwick joined DBM in 2010 as President Northern Europe. In this role, Warwick shapes the direction and success of the firm across the wholly owned subsidiaries in UK, Ireland, Holland, Belgium and manages the relationships with the firm's affiliate partners across Europe including Germany, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Russia, as well as Israel. Warwick has more than 20 years experience leading teams through change. His experience includes Regional CEO of Millward Brown (a WPP company), Business Unit Director at Diageo plc, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Investment Executive at Bridgepoint Capital (the leading UK mid market private equity firm).
Warwick has an MBA (with distinction) from Kellogg School of Management (Chicago) and a BA in psychology and philosophy from Oxford University.
Stéphane Bossy
General Manager, France and Switzerland
Stéphane joined DBM in 2003 as CFO for Continental Europe. He became Managing Director for France and Switzerland in 2007. Stéphane manages operations and develops innovating synergies, based on quality of services and client satisfaction in career transition. His teams are also in charge to elaborate, to set up adapted solutions to the economic environment in multiple domains like external and internal mobility, outplacement, social plan support, career transition coaching, talent development, retirement seminars.
Stéphane has more than 10 years of experience in management and administration. He started his career in a real estate company. He joined Challenge Career Counseling SA as Financial and Administrative Director.
From that firm a group of SME were created, active in Outplacement, Assessment, Recruitment, preparation to ISO certification.
Stéphane earned a diploma in commercial management at the Commercial School of Geneva. He completed his studies in Finance, Management and Human Resources in several professional training centers to Geneva and Paris.
Karen Faehndrich
President, East Asia & Pacific Region
As President for DBM East Asia and Pacific region Karen shapes the growth of the business through the oversight and design of strategic interventions in support of organisations undergoing change, developing leadership capability, implementing business improvement processes and enhancing personal performance. Customers rely on Karen to address existing and emerging business issues and people strategies in concert with economic, market and cultural nuances stretching as far as Africa and the Middle East. In addition Karen sits on the DBM Global team representing her region for career transition, talent management and all issues pertaining to the development of leading edge solutions in support of our customers' business results. Her team are the cornerstone for delivering to business imperatives representing DBM's centre of excellence for the Asia Pacific/Africa region.
Karen has managed her own consultancy specialising in organisational dynamics and has 15 years experience in the Human Capital Management industry including executive roles held with full commercial and financial performance accountability in Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. Karen graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Education and Learning.
Sattar Bawany
Managing Director, Singapore
Sattar Bawany is the Managing Director & Country Head of DBM Singapore. In this leadership role, he has overall responsibility for sales, marketing, operations and delivery operations in Singapore. Sattar has over 25 years international business management experience, including 15 years in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development and training.
Prior to joining DBM, Sattar assumed the roles of Regional Business Leader, Practice Head & Executive Coach with global human resource management consulting firms including Mercer Human Resource Consulting, The Hay Group and Forum Corporation.
Sattar holds an Executive MBA from Golden Gate University, US and a Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) from Curtin University, Australia. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) with Asia e University (AeU) and his Doctoral Research is on “The Impact of Executive Coaching on the Personal & Professional Development of Leaders”.
Sattar is a Fellow of the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI) and the International Professional Managers Institute (IPMA). He is also a Professional Member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). He is a Practicing Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC) and Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). Sattar has been awarded the accreditation status of “Senior Human Resource Professional” (SHRP) by the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
Ruby Chen
Executive Director, Singapore
Ruby Chen is the Executive Director of DBM Singapore. She joined DBM in 2005 and has close to 30 years’ local and international Human Resources consultancy experience with MNCs, Public-listed and Emerging companies in planning and implementing human resource initiatives across Asia Pacific. Her ability to synergize organizational requirements with individual goals has served her clients well.
In her current role, Ruby establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company and is primarily responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.
Ruby managed her own HR consulting business for 7 years before returning to corporate life in 2000. She was, from 2000 to 2004, the managing director of Right Management Consultants, responsible for the profitability of operations in ASEAN (ex Malaysia) and managed a team of around 20 consultants in delivering quality services to corporate clients.
Educated in the United Kingdom, Ruby graduated with a BSc in Psychology (Honors) from the University of East London and an MSc in Industrial Management from the University of Birmingham. She has also taken a course in legal studies with the University of London.
